Loop is looking for an ambitious, driven, creative, metrics-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead our growth strategy into 2021 and beyond. You’ll be responsible for the creation and execution of programs that drive opportunities through the funnel to the sales team while managing a team of growth marketers.
As our leader of demand, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with sales, product, merchant success to create a growth strategy that fuels our revenue goals.

You’ve been a demand guru for 6-8 years so you’ve managed all disciplines of demand generation successfully in the past, understanding how to balance strategies across paid, web, conversion, webinars, email, behavioral, ABM and more.
You’re a great storyteller. You’re able to analyze and report on marketing analytics and communicate this regularly to your peers in order to support your strategic recommendations.
You’re obsessed with customer experience and the customer journey. You know how to create programs that work at each stage of the journey to add value, create engagement, and drive action.
You’re a technical marketer. You’ll be the owner of the tech stack, expected to use technology strategically to help us achieve our goals and create a memorable experience.
You’re an empathetic and passionate leader with management experience. You’ll be managing a team of growth marketers who are your partners on your journey to capture market share.
You know how to work strategically with your peers in sales, product, marketing, and merchant success to develop a holistic demand generation strategy.
You’re comfortable creating and managing budgets, which is important for a fast-growing company that is heavily investing in growth
